Step 2: Click on the “NEET-MDS” button.

Step 3: Click on the Application Link and then on the Login link.

Step 6: The admit card is available to download finally.

All specifications described below must be followed on the NEET MDS 2025 admit card.

• Candidates have to provide photographs of 35X45 mm that display 75% of their face along with their head
• The photo requires a bottom caption which includes both photo name and date.
• The photo must be in white background.
• The front of the face needs to extend from forehead to chin in every photograph.
• Photographs must be printed in high-quality paper along with at least 600 dpi resolution.
• Natural appearance should be reflected in both the tones and the coloring of the pictures.
• A photograph with kinks along with scratches and stains can result in rejection.
• The face appearance must be free from both shadows and red eyes effect in pictures.

NEET MDS 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

1- All exam authority directives and security personnel instructions must be followed at the exam site.

2- Biometric verification and proof authentication may be conducted by the authorities before entering the examination hall. 

3- candidates should maintain silence and discipline near the examination location.

4- Candidates must not carry the following prohibited items at the exam center:

• Electronic gadgets: Mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth devices, calculators, etc.
• Study materials & stationery: Books, notes, pens, writing pads, etc.
• Personal belongings: Bags, wallets, belts, caps, sunglasses, etc.
