The following step-by-step instructions show you how to complete your NEET PG 2025 application form.

Step 1: Registration

• You should visit the official NBE website at the link provided for direct application.
• Select the "NEET-PG" option.
• Click on "New Registration."

The following details are necessary during registration:

• Candidate’s Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender (Male/Female)
• Nationality (Indian/Other)
• Mobile Number
• Email Address
• Captcha
• Click "Submit."

After submission your User ID together with the password will be transmitted to both your registered phone number and email address.

Step 2: Complete the application form

• Click on "Applicant Login."
• Use the login credentials that you received in your email.
• Select "Go to Application Form."
• The directions must be examined meticulously before starting the operation.
• Enter the following details:
• Personal Information
• Educational Qualifications
• Preferred Test Center

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• The system requires an upload of your current passport-style photo with dimensions restricted to 80 KB and saved as either JPEG or JPG image format.
• The system requires an upload of scanned signature data with a maximum file size of 80 KB set in JPG/JPEG format.
• You must upload a scanned version of your thumbprint as a JPG/JPEG file with 80 KB maximum file size.

NEET PG 2025 Application Fee

NBE will disclose the application cost for NEET PG 2025 together with the brochure publication. The fee amount underwent a decrease of INR 750 during the previous year. General category applicants had to pay INR 4,250 as the application fee yet the fee for SC/ST candidates was lower at INR 3,250 before the fee reduction. During 2013 the general category fee stood at INR 3,750 but SC/ST candidates paid only INR 2,750 as their application fee.
